Palazzo Segreti sits on a quiet side street just steps from La Scala and the Duomo — but the understated 19th-century facade gives absolutely nothing away. Push through the door and you land in a minimalist, apartment-style world of whitewashed brick, raw concrete, vintage parquet, and dramatic lighting that feels more Berlin design hotel than Milanese luxury palazzo. Eighteen individually decorated rooms, each genuinely different. No pool, no gym, no sprawling spa — but the location more than compensates for what the property lacks in facilities.

The hotel's most plentiful category — 10 rooms ranging from 21.5 to 27 sqm, some with balcony. Each is distinct: whitewashed brick walls in one, gunmetal grey ensuites in another, vintage parquet floors throughout. All are decorated with original artwork and carefully sourced design furniture. Balcony rooms look onto the peaceful surrounding streets.

Design
Five Design rooms are the most compact, ranging from 19.5–23 sqm. Don't let the smaller footprint put you off — each is individually designed with warm colors, raw materials, and a mix of contemporary and vintage furniture. Good value for the location. Bathrooms are spacious and modern with rain showers.

Two Junior Suites, each 25.5–27.5 sqm. The defining feature is the open 'alcove' bathroom integrated into the room itself — the aesthetic freestanding bathtub becomes part of the sleeping space, creating a theatrical, intimate atmosphere. Minimalist and warmly styled.
