Palazzo Pascal is an 11th-century noble residence turned 5-star boutique hotel — the first albergo diffuso of its category on the Amalfi Coast. It sits high in the tiny hamlet of Borgo Minuta, 3 km from Ravello and 8 km from Amalfi, with a panoramic sweep that takes in Ravello's villas, Atrani, and the coastline all the way to the port of Amalfi. Small, quiet, and family-run, it holds 13 individually designed rooms and suites, each decorated with handmade ceramics by the Pascal family's own Ravello atelier. Hands-on traditional Campanian cooking class held daily in the professional kitchen at Gli Ulivi Restaurant. Starts with picking vegetables from the hotel's own garden. Covers a full menu from antipasti through desserts, with the chef guiding groups of 2–10 guests. You eat what you cook at the end.
The concierge arranges private excursions to Ravello, Scala, Amalfi, Pompeii, and Naples. Day trips to Capri, private boat and yacht tours available on request.
