A 15th-century Renaissance palazzo sitting right on Montefalco's main square, Piazza del Comune. Opened as a hotel in 2009, it has 12 rooms across three categories, all different from one another but united by frescoed ceilings and contemporary designer furnishings. The spa — called Aquam Spa — is carved into the medieval basement with a thalassotherapy pool built into an ancient cistern. And downstairs they store history; upstairs, modern art hangs in every room.

Montefalco is ground zero for Sagrantino DOCG, one of Italy's most tannic and age-worthy reds. The hotel is surrounded by estates: Arnaldo Caprai (4.4km), Antonelli San Marco (4.7km), Paolo Bea (2km), and several others. Gusto Wine Tours operates right next to the hotel on the piazza.
