Colombian specialty coffee tasting at Carta Ajena restaurant. Guests try filter-brewed coffees using Chemex, V60, Aeropress, and French Press. The hotel's baristas explain flavors, aromas, and body, plus share the history behind the cup. Runs every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 10:30 AM for 45 minutes.
The Sunday wellness reset. From 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM in the Central Patio, guests rotate through ice baths (for circulation), relaxing massages (to release tension), and rooftop sunbathing. A structured but easygoing way to hit reset before the week starts. Included in the stay.
