A former livestock farm on the Smits family estate outside Milheeze, Op d'n Kreijtenberg is now a 12-suite bed and breakfast run by mother and son Anita and Frank. Frank brings years of fine restaurant and hotel experience to a property that is very much a personal project — and it shows. Rooms are modern, obsessively clean, and genuinely spacious; the breakfast is a proper event, served on a tiered stand with fresh local and farm-direct produce. A 4–5 hour outdoor cooking workshop in partnership with Het Buiten Atelier. Guests learn to cook on an OFYR and Big Green Egg under guidance of a professional chef, working through multiple courses and techniques. All equipment, materials, and ingredients provided on-site. Dates bookable via the Het Buiten Atelier website.
The B&B caters for corporate groups and business meetings, offering meeting space with fresh coffee and a catered lunch in a green countryside setting. Groups of up to 24 guests can book out the property. Custom arrangements on request.
Standard city bikes available to rent for exploring the surrounding Milheeze countryside and local villages.
Rent an electric bike directly from the B&B to explore the De Peel region, Stippelberg estate, and Nederheide. Can be booked alongside your room online. City bikes also available.
Package combining an overnight stay with a round of golf at one of three nearby courses. Golfbaan De Stippelberg is 1.5 km away (27 holes, 90 hectares, inland links style). Greenfee 2026: Stippelberg €82.50, Het Woold €89.50, De Swinkelsche €77.50 — all for 18 holes. Tee time preferences can be specified when booking.
