The Rabbit Hole restaurant is the central attraction: a nightly tasting menu that changes based on what the land and sea have available, underpinned by a strict minimum-waste philosophy. The lodge also sits directly on the Lycian Way, one of the world's great long-distance hiking trails.
Eight rooms, 900 meters up in the cedar and pine forests above the Turkish coast — and somehow the hardest reservation in Antalya to get is not for a table in town, but for The Rabbit Hole, the on-site restaurant that chef and owner Mehmet Ali Börtücene runs from an open kitchen in the mountain lodge he and his partner Su took over in 2020. Built in 2005 from rock and timber, the lodge sits on a 10-acre garden and olive grove in the quiet village of Beycik, with unbroken views of the Mediterranean far below. Tasting menus change every evening. Rooms have private verandas. The fireplace in the bar crackles. It is, genuinely, that kind of place.

Chalet with Fireplace
The lodge's most complete standalone accommodation — 80 square meters with its own private entrance, two bedrooms, and a sitting room with a working fireplace. Underfloor heating throughout. The private terrace and garden have a firepit for stargazing on clear mountain nights. A full kitchen and mini fridge make it practical for longer stays.

Detached Cabin
A fully independent cabin set within the lush garden, next to a lavender field. The most private option on the property. Available only May 15–October 31 — summer use only, no heating. Good for guests who want maximum separation from the main lodge.
Standard Chalet Room
Five rooms in total with this format — chalet-style architecture, wood and stone walls, high ceilings, and large windows. Each has a private veranda with panoramic sea and forest views. Minimalist and clean, with Turkish rugs and natural lighting. Small but well-thought-out.
Suite Lodge Room
The suite is the most spacious of the chalet rooms — large windows flood it with light, and the panoramic sea and garden view is the best in the house. Has a proper study desk and a comfortable sofa, so it works as a longer-stay option. Private veranda for morning coffee with a view of the blue sea and the Three Islands.

Seasonal — guests can join the team to harvest from the lodge's own wheat field, then use the flour to mill and bake sourdough bread.
