An 800-year-old Piedmontese farmhouse, radically reimagined by London design studio These White Walls, sitting on five hectares of working vineyard in the UNESCO-listed hills of Alto Monferrato. The result is rustic bones with a modern, quietly luxurious interior — exposed stone walls, timber beams, Cocomat beds, and spa-like bathrooms. Just 12 rooms, all different, and a three-floor dining complex next door that puts serious food at the centre of the stay.

Second-floor room inspired by autumn: a vivid palette of red, orange, and yellow, dark wood floors, velvet drapes, and local antique pieces. Probably the most dramatic of the four season rooms.
Estate Room
Summer-themed second-floor room, designed to reflect long warm evenings — light, sun-drenched atmosphere. One of four season rooms on this level.
Fiordaliso, Semi di Lino, Semi di Zucca, Semi di Girasole Rooms
Nature and seed-themed rooms on the ground and first floors — each named after a local flower or plant (cornflower, linseed, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed). Same commitment to individuality as the rest of the property; each has its own character.
Foresta Suite
One of two private attic suites under the eaves, Foresta is the most rustic of the bunch — exposed timber beams, warm natural tones, and handsome furnishings. Two floors up from the main building, it commands views of the gardens, pool, and Cremolino's hilltop castle. A proper sense of escape.
Garden Rooms
Ground-floor rooms with direct garden access — pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Some have pool views. Cedar wood is a recurring material throughout, lending a fragrant, grounding quality.
Inverno Room
One of four season-named rooms on the second floor. Inverno (Winter) leans into warmth — think fireside comfort, rich colours, and a generous private terrace. Guest reports specifically call out the freestanding bath positioned in the bedroom, which is a strong move.
Mare Suite
The second of two attic suites, Mare shares Foresta's character — rustic exposed beams, natural warm colours, and generous private terrace. The name hints at a lighter, coastal palette. Most distinctive and spacious rooms in the house.
Panoramic Suite
One of the named suites with a separate living room and bedroom. Includes minibar, in-room safe, and desk. Garden views. Accessed by elevator.
Primavera Room
Second-floor room evoking spring rebirth — decorative ceiling motifs are the signature touch. Lighter and fresher in feel than Autunno or Inverno.
Superior Suite
