Nobu Hotel Los Cabos sits at the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula on the rugged Pacific coast — far enough from downtown Cabo San Lucas that arriving feels like a deliberate choice. The 200-room resort marries Japanese minimalism with Mexican desert textures: stone walls, native cactus gardens, and Zen landscaping that make the whole property feel like a photo set. But it actually is that beautiful in person. Co-founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, the hotel opened in 2019 and quickly became one of the most-photographed resorts in Mexico, with four pools, nine dining and bar concepts, and a spa that takes the wellness side seriously.

An intimate tasting masterclass exploring Mexican tequilas and mezcals at Muna Restaurant and M Bar. Guided by spirits experts, guests explore traditions, terroir, and the craftsmanship behind agave distillates.
