No. 1 Pery Square is a MICHELIN Key-awarded boutique townhouse hotel set in one of Ireland's finest examples of late Georgian architecture, overlooking the tree-lined People's Park. Part of a terrace of six Georgian houses built around 1830, it was purchased by owner Patricia Roberts in 2006 and lovingly restored — all original architectural details intact, right down to the ornate marble hearths. Twenty-one individually styled rooms, a farm-to-fork restaurant (The Long Room), and an organic spa in the vaulted basement make this the most characterful city-centre stay in Limerick.

The majority of the hotel's rooms fall into this category, each named after an Irish poet. Classically modern in feel but still in keeping with the townhouse heritage. These rooms overlook either the terraced garden or the red-brick Georgian terraces of Limerick. Fully air-conditioned with luxury handspring super king or king mattresses.
Period Rooms
Four rooms on the upper floors of the main Georgian house, each named after a previous resident of No. 1 — the Vanderkiste, Lord Barrington, Lady Barrington, and Pery rooms. The Vanderkiste and Lord Barrington rooms have park views and roll-top baths with dressing screens; Lady Barrington and Pery overlook the terraced kitchen garden and come with hand-crafted brass and gilt beds. Original sash windows, Sanderson wallpapers, and ornate Georgian architectural details throughout.
The Townhouse Suite
A generously sized, two-bedroom suite at the top of the house with sweeping views of the city and the mountains of Clare. Separate living area with comfy sofas and a large screen. Compact kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine. In-room spa treatments can be booked on request. The most spacious and private option in the hotel.
