Why It Matters
One of the first spas in Desert Hot Springs, sitting directly on Miracle Hill's geothermal aquifer. The mineral water is soft, odorless, and rich in silica, calcium, magnesium, and lithium. Tap water is from a cold mineral spring voted best drinking water in the US two years running. It's also adults-only, cannabis-friendly, and dog-friendly — a combination that's harder to find than it sounds.
A nine-room wellness hotel built in the 1950s, sitting atop Miracle Hill in Desert Hot Springs with direct access to naturally occurring mineral hot springs. Rooms are toxin-free with organic linens and mountain views. The whole place is designed around one idea: slow down, soak, and decompress.
