Beach Pool Villa
Set directly on the beach among tropical palms, these light-filled villas open wide to the sea. The indoor-outdoor bathroom features an indoor rain shower, deep freestanding bathtub, and an open-air garden shower. Outside, the sundeck holds a private 36 sqm freshwater infinity pool, Maldivian swing chair, oversized daybed, sun loungers, and a dining table with chairs. Considered the more premium land-based option — larger than the water villas and priced accordingly.

Beach Residence
The largest beach-based option at 490 sqm, with separate sleeping and living rooms under a thatched roof. Custom-made furnishings and natural textures throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom frame the beach and ocean. The private sundeck is serious: a 60 sqm freshwater infinity pool, Maldivian-style swing, daybed, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, all just steps from the sand. A circular living room has an adjoining kitchenette. The bathroom has indoor and outdoor rain showers plus a separate deep bathtub.

Two Bedroom Ocean Residence with Private Pool
At the far end of the overwater jetty, this 564 sqm thatched-roof residence is the crown jewel. Two large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, plus a separate living room. A broad sundeck has a private freshwater infinity pool with steps directly into the lagoon, a swing chair, and sun loungers. The master bathroom can open on one side completely — flooding it with sunlight and ocean views. There is a hidden gym under the roof for private workouts or yoga with the lagoon in view. Water Pool Villa
On stilts over the lagoon, these villas open 180 degrees to the ocean. High ceilings, natural parquet floors in a honeycomb pattern, and Maldivian artworks set the tone. The sundeck is built around a private 42 sqm freshwater infinity pool — one of the largest villa pools in the Maldives. Steps lead directly into the lagoon from the deck, putting you a few swimming strokes from the house reef.
