Maxx Royal Bodrum opened in May 2024 on its own private peninsula in Göltürkbükü bay — Bodrum's most coveted stretch of northern coastline. The brand's third Turkish property, it operates on an all-suite and villa model under the Maxx Inclusive concept, with no standard hotel rooms anywhere on the 11.4-hectare estate. Maxx Island Villas
Secluded villas set apart from the main resort buildings, positioned for maximum privacy. Defined by elegant architecture designed to sit in harmony with the natural landscape. Includes a private terrace with seating area, dining table, and sunbed. Acqua di Parma amenities throughout. Private butler service included.
Presidential Villa
The top key on the resort. Five bedrooms spread across 1,063 sqm (11,442 sq ft) — a proper house-scale property. Has its own heated seawater pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and a private fitness center. Villa guests staying 7+ nights get a complimentary Maxx Royal yacht excursion. Private butler included.
