The most storied room in the masseria — this was the church of the cloistered nuns who first lived here in the 17th century. Three original frescoes from that era remain, including one above the stone bathtub reflected in a mirror so you can see it from the bed. A white linen curtain frames the double bed, while a small living room has a fireplace and two sofa beds. The bathroom was once a corridor used by nuns to reach the church. Three junior suites — one on the ground floor (built in former farmers' quarters) and two on the first floor (old master bedrooms). White plaster walls, pickled furniture, ecru and grey fabrics. Old stone niches transformed into wardrobes with thick olive branches. Bathrooms feature stone sinks on bases made from antique Apulian washboards ('stricaturi'). Ground-floor suite has a garden patio; first-floor suites have terraces facing olive trees or sea. Two first-floor suites can be interconnected on request.

The smallest and most private room — formerly the farm's henhouse, separated from the main building near reception. Completely white with blue upholstery and decorations from surrounding fields and orchards. A ladder against the wall and old wooden drawers nod to peasant tradition; an old wood stick does the job of a wardrobe. Private patio where breakfast can be served in warmer months, with an orchard of olive, fig, mulberry, and cherry trees outside.
