MASON is 35 ultra-modern pool villas strung along 150 meters of Na Jomtien beachfront, about 15 minutes south of central Pattaya. The architecture, by VaSLab's Vasu Virajsilp, draws directly from the stone-carving tradition of nearby Ang Sila — granite runs through walls, furniture, bathroom fixtures, and decorative objects. This is the headline villa. 168 sqm, elevated on a rock hill facing directly onto Pattaya Bay with a panoramic seafront view. Warm wooden accents and floor-to-ceiling windows push the ocean into every corner. The 24.5 sqm saltwater pool (3.5m x 7m) is the largest among single-bedroom villas. The spa offers this as the top upgrade tier. Mr & Mrs Smith calls these 'hard to beat.'

Steps from the hotel's private beach entrance, with stunning gulf views and a spacious bedroom-to-living flow.
