The entry-level room here is still a genuinely great room. At 400 sq ft, it faces the Malibu pier and Surfrider Beach rather than open ocean — still water views, just a partial angle. Custom white oak furniture designed by Waldo Fernandez, a slate-bordered in-room fireplace, a 75-inch LCD TV, queen sofa sleeper, and a double balcony that's big enough for two chairs and a table. The walk-in shower, Toto bidet, and Bamford toiletries round it out.

Slightly smaller than the Pier View at 350 sq ft, but the trade-off is a completely unobstructed Pacific Ocean view straight ahead — no pier, no angle, just open water from the private balcony. Over 525 sq ft with a separate bedroom and living area, divided by a pocket door. The triple balcony directly overlooks Carbon Beach — you can hear the waves clearly from inside. Waldo Fernandez custom white oak furnishings throughout, Italian sun lounger on the balcony, and the same Toto bidet, Bamford toiletries, and Nespresso setup as the rest of the property.
