A 17th-century chartreuse converted into an 8-room, 5-star boutique hotel by restaurateurs Mary Henchley and Maxime Rosselin — the duo behind Bordeaux neo-bistro Le Chien de Pavlov. Opened in August 2021, it sits at the end of a walled garden in Le Bouscat, a quiet residential suburb about 4 km north of central Bordeaux. The place feels genuinely personal: think silk-embroidered headboards, vintage vinyl players, exposed original ceiling beams, and a permaculture kitchen garden that feeds both restaurant and breakfast table.

Standard Room
The hotel's entry-level rooms are still individually decorated and range from 25 sqm. No private terrace, but with the same quality of bedding, minibar, private bathroom with shower, and the characteristic eclectic design. Some have pool views.
