A 12-suite apartment-hotel in a 1933 building that has been sitting in the shadow of the Galata Tower for over a decade. The building was originally built by the Benardete family during Beyoglu's expansion era and restored in 2013. Public spaces mix vaulted brick ceilings and ornate tilework with mid-century furniture and chandelier lighting — it's an odd combination that somehow lands. Rooms are lit by floor-to-ceiling windows by day; all 12 are spread across 6 floors with just 2 per floor, so noise and foot traffic are minimal.

The largest standard suite at 35 sqm, located floors 2–5 with a front-facing view. Comfortable for couples, honeymoons, or a family with one small child. No dedicated balcony but the front-facing aspect means city views from floor-to-ceiling windows. The roomiest feel of the non-terrace options.

The smallest room in the house and the only one on the ground/entrance floor. At 20 sqm it is compact — fine for a shorter trip or a single traveler, tight for a week with luggage. Six square meters bigger than the Junior, and importantly, it has a small rear-facing balcony with outdoor seating. Spread across floors 2–5, it's the most family-friendly option — sleeps up to 4 with a sofa bed added at extra cost. Rear-facing means quieter but no Galata Tower view. Good pick for longer stays or groups with a child or two.

The property's signature room — 24 sqm indoors plus an 11 sqm private terrace on the top (6th) floor with direct, unobstructed views of the Galata Tower and the Istanbul skyline.
