Six apartment-style suites in one of Philly's best neighborhoods, built and furnished by a collective of 30 local craftspeople and designers. The whole concept is 'invisible service' — no front desk, no staff hovering, just a keypad code, an in-room iPad loaded with delivery apps, and a curated neighborhood guide. Rooms are Scandinavian-minimalist with bespoke locally-made furniture, full kitchens, and Casper mattresses. It splits the gap between boutique hotel and Airbnb in the most considered way possible.

Baller Jawn
Third floor, rear-facing, bi-level two-bedroom apartment at approximately 1,000 sq ft — same layout as the Big Jawn but positioned at the back of the building for significantly less train noise. Living room, eat-in kitchen, bar area, and half bath on level one; two bedrooms each with vanities, one with a soaking tub, plus a hallway vanity with separate shower and toilet. The quietest of the large apartments and arguably the most comfortable for longer stays or groups.
2x QueenBig Jawn
Third floor, front-facing, bi-level two-bedroom apartment at approximately 1,000 sq ft. Living room, eat-in kitchen, bar area, and half bath on the first level; two private bedrooms each with their own vanities on the second level, plus a soaking tub in one bedroom, a third hallway vanity, and separate shower and toilet rooms. Best views of the building — you can see the El tracks and the city skyline from both levels. The name is accurate.
2x QueenFront Jawn
The smallest room in the building but still a full studio apartment. First floor, front-facing onto N Front Street. Has a living room, eat-in kitchen, work desk, and full bathroom. Accessible via a ramp from street level and close to the rear courtyard. Great natural light. Note: El train is audible from this room.
QueenGarden Jawn
First floor rear unit with its own door leading directly into a semi-private section of the rear courtyard. The hotel's only fully ADA-compliant room, with an accessible bathroom and kitchen. Quieter than the front units. If you want morning coffee in a small urban garden, this is the one.
QueenMy Jawn
Second floor, rear-facing studio. The back-of-building position makes this one of the quieter options. Same thoughtful Scandinavian design as all rooms, with full kitchen and apartment-style living. Good pick for light sleepers who still want a studio.
QueenYour Jawn
Second floor, front-facing studio. Same layout as the other 1-bedroom units — living room, full kitchen, work desk, full bath. Higher up than the Front Jawn so better street views. El train noise is a factor overnight.

The rear courtyard is a small urban oasis designed by Ferox Studio with native plants, seating, and a trellis. Accessible to all guests; Garden Jawn has semi-private direct access.
The hotel's curated guide covers the best of Fishtown's restaurants, bars (Johnny Brenda's is a 5-minute walk), coffee shops (La Colombe is steps away), and music venues (The Fillmore is 0.6 miles). The El train from Girard station (0.3 miles) puts downtown Center City 10 minutes away.
