A 14th-century priory-turned-5-star hotel set within the walls of the Château de Gilly, right in the heart of Burgundy's Côte de Nuits. The Tourbier family — the same owners behind Les Sources de Caudalie in Bordeaux — completely renovated it, threading Cistercian stone, original terracotta floors, and locally sourced antiques together with quietly contemporary comfort. Spacious and refined with a living area designed as a natural extension of the bedroom. The layout works well for romantic stays or families. Original building features — beamed or vaulted ceilings depending on location — are preserved throughout.
La Vigne Rose — Exclusive Suite
The flagship room at Les Sources de Vougeot. 105 sqm with spectacular volumes and a richly decorated coffered ceiling listed as a Historic Monument. Paintings and frescoes inherited from the château's past sit in direct dialogue with a magnificent herringbone parquet floor. A private bar stocked with cocktails and spirits is built into the room. The bathroom is designed as a warm, intimate cocoon that flows seamlessly from the sleeping area.
105 sqmLe Moulin — Private House
A stand-alone private pavilion set behind wrought iron gates, overlooking the Vouge stream. Built in traditional Burgundian architecture, it sleeps up to five guests across a spacious ground-floor living area and a generous duplex bedroom. Comes with exclusive use of a private Nordic bath. The most secluded and private option at the property.
Prestige Room
A step up from the Comfort category, still overlooking the château's gardens and moats. Same crafted aesthetic — stone meets tiles, original woodwork — but with more refined finishes. One Prestige room is noted as interconnected with a Junior Suite, making it useful for families.
Suite
