Les Pins de Cesar
Country house meets Nordic wellness. Genuinely family-run, with farm animals, kitchen gardens, and a fireplace lounge stocked with board games. Feels like a well-heeled friend's Norman country house rather than a corporate hotel.

Why It Matters
One of the few hotels giving direct access to the Étretat cliff walk region without staying in the tourist scrum of Étretat itself. The estate has been in the same family for four generations — that continuity shows in the care of the grounds and the quality of the NUXE spa partnership.
A four-generation family estate converted into a 4-star boutique hotel and spa, set on 20 hectares of pine forest and landscaped gardens five minutes from the chalk cliffs of Étretat. The great-grandfather César planted a thousand Austrian pines here in the 19th century, and the property still carries his name. Rooms are spread across several century-old buildings — each different in size and layout — decorated with a bold color palette and outfitted with freestanding tubs. The NUXE Spa is the real draw: a 12×5m covered heated pool, a Tylarium sauna, and an outdoor Japanese bath, all tucked into the grounds.
