Created by French filmmaker Claude Lelouch, Les Manoirs de Tourgéville is one of the more architecturally strange hotels in Normandy — in the best possible way. The main building is a classic half-timbered Norman farmhouse, but the four surrounding 'manoirs' are perfect circles. Inside, the style is contemporary French country house: warm, restrained, not fussy. The place sits on 7 hectares of parkland about 5km from Deauville beach, so you'll want a car.
