Two listed 19th-century villas joined together on the Sillon beachfront in Saint-Malo. The setup is 16 rooms split between the sea-facing villa — where the best rooms have balconies directly over the sand — and the quieter garden villa out back. Run by Fabrice, a former city-dweller turned restaurateur and navigator, the place has a lived-in, arty feel: local artwork on every wall, monthly rotating exhibitions, and objects from the owner's travels scattered through the common areas. The Sillon beach is literally steps away, and the bar-terrace sits right on the sand.

The hotel holds the Accueil Vélo certification. Secure bike storage and racks on site. Located near the EV4 Vélomaritime cycle route and the V42 Saint-Malo to Arzal route, as well as the GR34 coastal hiking trail.
The hotel sits directly on the Grande Plage du Sillon, voted most beautiful beach in France. Walk out the front door and you're on the sand. The tidal range here is dramatic — the beach transforms completely between high and low tide.
The hotel operates Le Charmant, a vintage Citroën Estafette food truck available for private events in the Saint-Malo region. Serves sweet and savoury waffles and poke bowls. Hire it for weddings, birthdays, seminars.
