Le Petit Pali Brentwood is a 25-room reimagination of the old Brentwood Motor Hotel (1947), redesigned by Palisociety founder Avi Brosh and his in-house team. Four bungalow-style buildings wrap around a central courtyard with a copper fountain, string lights, Adirondack chairs, and French bistro tables — it genuinely feels like a chic friend's guesthouse rather than a hotel. Rooms are compact but well-appointed, with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, bold striped wallpaper, and top-shelf details like Diptyque toiletries, Bellino linens, Marshall speakers, and gourmet minibars stocked with locally sourced items.

The entry-level room, but don't let 'standard' mislead you. At 200–220 sq ft it is compact, but the design does a lot of work: hardwood floors, rain shower, bespoke seating area (in most rooms), coffee machine, and a curated minibar with locally sourced items. Diptyque toiletries, Marshall speaker, Bellino linens, and robes are standard.

Same footprint as The King but with a private outdoor patio — the real upgrade here. Step outside for morning coffee or an evening drink without sharing the common courtyard. Hardwood floors, rain shower, coffee machine, and all the same standard-issue luxuries as The King.

The top-tier room and the most distinctive stay in the property. At 525 sq ft it has a proper one-bedroom layout with a fully equipped kitchen (vintage-looking but functional), a living room with sleeper sofa, and a private patio with outdoor seating. A two-bedroom suite configuration is also available. Best suited for longer stays, families, or anyone who wants to actually live like a Brentwood local.
