Why It Matters
The restaurant holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand (2025 and 2026 editions), making it genuinely worth going to even if you're not a guest. Chef Valentin Gantier focuses on hyperlocal Breton produce — line-caught fish, saffron from Surzur, Rhuys tomme cheese. It's also in Tablet Hotels and the Michelin Guide hotel selection.
A 16th-century Breton manor house that spent time as an orphanage and agricultural school before being converted into a nine-room boutique hotel. The longère-style farmhouse still has its original fireplace, and the former chapels are now the most desirable rooms — vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls, and clean modern bathrooms. The old brick cellar is now the spa. Set on five hectares of grounds with a pond out front, it sits just 500 metres from the Gulf of Morbihan.
