A design-forward 4-star superior hotel that opened in 2022 on the edge of Buttrio, built and owned by the Danieli Group — a local industrial steel company that channeled its cultural ambitions into a serious hospitality project. The result is sleek, low-slung architecture that vaguely recalls a concept car showroom, with interiors mixing 1960s Italian glamour, Scandinavian minimalism, and Moroso furnishings arranged around a traditional Friulian fogolâr fireplace. Rooms are genuinely spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows and memory foam beds. The Michelin-recommended Gourmet restaurant — 24 seats around a 6-metre open kitchen — is one of the most compelling fine-dining destinations in the region.
