Rooms 10 and 11 are the two suites on the top floor — both have ethanol fireplaces and Mont Blanc-facing balconies. Worth the upgrade for a special trip.
Why It Matters
Featured in both Tablet Hotels and the Michelin Guide. One of the few properties in the Megève ski area that combines direct Mont Blanc views, a proper spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi — all complimentary), a private cinema room, and a renting model that suits groups of up to 30. The two suites add ethanol fireplaces. Five minutes from the Combloux cable car into Megève.
A Savoyard chalet operated by Parisian hotel group Charm & More, sitting at 557m in the hamlet of Nant Cruy above Sallanches with a full-frontal Mont Blanc view. It runs as both a boutique hotel (11 rooms, all with private bathrooms and mountain-facing balconies) and a whole-chalet rental for families, groups, and corporate retreats. The décor is clean-lined alpine — light wood paneling, raw materials, carefully chosen vintage objects — with none of the kitsch that plagues the genre.
