Le Cattedrali is a 5-star relais set on 18 hectares of woodland in Monferrato's hills, a short drive from Asti. Built in the style of a traditional Piedmontese cascina, it's the fifth property in the Laqua Collection — the hospitality group of chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and his wife Cinzia Primatesta. The headliner here is the Michelin-starred restaurant, but the vitarium spa, open-air theatre, and 13 rooms with floor-to-ceiling forest views give plenty of other reasons to linger.
