A 19th-century mansion on a quiet Neuilly side street, completely renovated in 2021 and designed by the Friedmann & Versace duo. Le 5 Particulier operates 29 rooms spread across three buildings around a private courtyard garden designed by landscape architect Christophe Gautrand — the same person behind gardens at the Mandarin Oriental Paris and Les Airelles. The rooms are minimalist and calm; the real draw is that garden, a rarity at this price point anywhere near central Paris.

Same category as the Classic Double but with windows opening directly onto the interior garden. Spread across all three of the hotel's buildings. Also accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
Classic Double Mansard
Attic-style mansard rooms for two, with slanted ceilings giving them a cozy, tucked-away feel. Elegantly decorated with top-quality bedding and a modern bathroom. Elevator-accessible.
Cosy Single
A compact solo room on the second floor with views over the interior garden. Ideal for short business stays or a solo weekend. Garden-view outlook from a quiet elevated position.
Deluxe Garden
20 m² rooms on the ground floor or first floor with direct garden views. Intimate and cozy atmosphere. Note: not elevator-accessible, so not ideal for guests with mobility concerns.

The most spacious and light-filled standard rooms in the hotel. Large garden-facing windows, a functional desk, and a bathroom with both a bathtub and an Italian walk-in shower. These are the premium garden rooms short of the duplexes.
The Duplexes
24 m² duplex rooms that can flex between two and four guests. Each has its own private garden accessible directly from the room — a genuine rarity in the Paris area. A practical desk makes them workable for extended stays too.
