SEELEITEN is a family-run, five-star spa hotel sitting right on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, about 400 metres from the shore of Lake Caldaro — the warmest bathing lake in the Alps. The Moser family has been running it for over 40 years, and the combination of their own winery, craft brewery, and a 3,600 m² spa gives the place a depth that most wellness hotels can't match. It's the rare hotel that genuinely pulls off the Alpine-meets-Mediterranean thing: palm trees and vineyards outside your balcony, a stone cellar for speck tastings, and a 5-course dinner every night.

The hotel offers a cabriolet for hire with a picnic basket and blanket — particularly popular for honeymoon packages.
Weekly complimentary guided tours and tastings at the Moser family's winery and stone cellar, 5 minutes' drive from the hotel. The cellar master leads the session, covering viticulture, the craft brewery, and wine-making. One of the genuine highlights of a SEELEITEN stay.
In autumn, the stone cellar hosts tastings of new wine and roasted chestnuts — the traditional South Tyrolean Törggelen ritual. A genuine regional tradition, not a tourist recreation.

From November to January, a sauna house sits directly on the hotel's private lake access — a genuinely unusual winter wellness experience.
