Why It Matters
One of northern Corsica's few Michelin-Keyed properties. The combination of a Michelin-recognised restaurant (Pera Bianca), a complimentary hammam and jacuzzi, Mediterranean gardens with a heated pool, and two fully self-contained private-pool villas is unusual for a property of just 17 rooms.
An 18th-century seigneurial farmhouse on the Patrimonio Wine Route, about 4km south of Saint-Florent in northern Corsica. The thick stone walls, ancient exposed stonework, and 17 individually decorated rooms and suites sit alongside two private-pool villas built in a more contemporary style. Awarded a Michelin Key in 2025, it punches well above its size.

The ground-floor version has a large wooden terrace facing directly onto the garden and pool — the best pool-view accommodation in the main building. The first-floor version is 45m², has two separate bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower), and looks over the olive-tree patio toward Oletta village. Both have a queen-size sofa bed in the sitting area, plus a balneotherapy bathtub with chromotherapy. Nespresso machine and mini hi-fi are standard here.

From EUR590 / nightTwo standalone villas built in 2009 about 50 metres from the main hotel in a contemporary dry-stone and wood style. Each is 120m² with 2 Prestige-category bedrooms (one with Italian shower, one with corner bath), two furnished terraces, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), and a private heated pool with sun loungers. Self-contained enough for a full family or friend group, but you still get hotel services from the main building. Villas are weekly-rental only in peak season; 3-night minimum the rest of the year.

Boat excursions from Saint-Florent port to the pristine, car-free beaches of Saleccia and Loto in the Désert des Agriates. These are among the most spectacular and untouched beaches in all of Corsica. Bring your own shade — no sunbed hire on either beach.
