A third-generation family-run five-star Relais & Châteaux property in the Bruche Valley of Alsace, sitting at 500m in the Vosges mountains between Strasbourg and Colmar. Founded in 1974 by Arlette and Marcel François with 10 rooms, now run by Marie and Nicolas Decker with 45 rooms and a landmark 2,500 m² spa. The food is serious: Chef Jean-Paul Acker holds one Michelin star at Le Feuillage and runs a second gourmand restaurant, Le Chêne. The spa is genuinely extraordinary — Europe's largest flotarium, five saunas, a natural biotope pool filtered by mountain plants, and indoor/outdoor pools. Remote by design, this is a place people travel to specifically, not a stop-over.

One exclusive table per evening at the Michelin-starred Le Feuillage, combining technology, gastronomy and a borderline hypnotic multi-sensory experience. Includes a caviar moment in the kitchen. Add-on of €50/person on top of à la carte dining. For 2–5 people.
The hotel is a natural base for visiting Alsace's famous Christmas markets, active from late November through December. Strasbourg, Colmar and many village markets are within easy driving distance.
Seasonal guided excursion (September–October) to observe the annual deer rutting in the state-owned forests of the Vosges mountains. A genuinely unusual experience — the sound of stags during mating season is like nothing else.
Six GPX-mapped e-bike routes starting from the hotel, ranging from 15 km (easy) to 23 km (difficult), through forest, vineyards and valley. Battery range approximately 70 km. Routes downloadable via Bixe GPX app.
