Why It Matters
Listed in both the Michelin Guide Hotels selection and Tablet Hotels collection — rare credentials for Albania. It's arguably the first internationally recognized boutique hotel on the Albanian Riviera, and it's been featured in Switzerland's NZZ am Sonntag newspaper (May 2026). The rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Ionian Sea is the single best feature.
La Brisa is the nicest hotel in Dhërmi, full stop. Right on the Ionian Sea along the main promenade, this contemporary property packs in 48 rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, two restaurants, an indoor spa, and a kids' club — all with that aquamarine water practically at arm's reach. The building is modern and well-finished, the staff genuinely warm. But be warned: Dhërmi is a party town in summer, and the beach bars next door pump bass until midnight. The hotel is transparent about this on its own website, and for guests who love that scene, it's ideal. Anyone expecting a quiet retreat should book for October instead.
