Opened in 1975 as the first all-suite hotel in the United States, L'Ermitage sits on a quiet residential stretch of Burton Way, just blocks from Rodeo Drive but a world away from it in feel. All 116 suites average 805 sq ft — the largest in the Beverly Hills market — and the property holds the distinction of being the longest-tenured Forbes Five-Star all-suite hotel in the world. The 2024 renovation freshened the lobby and ground floor with Champalimaud Design's work, added Costa Covo Osteria and the Alcova lounge, and reopened the rooftop pool deck with new restaurant Poza in early 2025.
