Opened in 1993 by Carmen Moretti De Rosa of the Terra Moretti Group, it operates as a serious food-and-wellness destination: six restaurants (including Franco Pepe's La Filiale and the fine-dining L'Aurum), and the Chenot Espace — Italy's only outpost of the renowned Chenot Method® — across 2,000 square meters of medical spa.

Tucked into the park, Superior rooms are furnished with satin and damask fabrics in warm tones, with delicate frescoes and decorations on the walls. Quiet, refined, and straightforward — the entry point into the hotel.

Located on the first floor, these bright rooms add a private balcony with a direct view of the Franciacorta vineyards — the step up that's worth it for first-timers.
Torre Bellavista Suite
The property's crown jewel for sheer terroir views — perched at the top of the Torre Bellavista tower, entirely surrounded by the Franciacorta vineyards. Unique and exclusive, and the room that gives the hill its name.
Torre del Lago Suite
Furnished in pastel tones, these suites unfold through a sequence of spacious rooms and include a private balcony — with the name giving away the best part: views toward Lake Iseo.
