Karia Bel started as a family summer home in the 1980s and became a hotel when owner Beliz Uke — daughter of the man who built the original house — opened it to guests. It sits on the Adatepe Peninsula outside Bozburun, accessible only by boat. The 18 rooms and suites are built into the hillside, all facing Bozburun Bay, and almost all have private terraces. Half-board is included: breakfast by the water, dinner on the overwater candlelit deck.
