K11 ARTUS is Asia's first 'Artisanal Home' concept — 287 fully residential suites stacked above the K11 MUSEA cultural-retail complex on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. Every unit comes with a private balcony (80% face Victoria Harbour), a semi-open kitchen kitted out with Miele appliances, and an in-room washer-dryer combo. It's a hotel, yes, but it actually lives like a well-designed apartment. The building sits part of the Rosewood Hong Kong complex and donates 1% of all room revenue to the K11 Craft & Guild Foundation to preserve fast-disappearing Chinese craftsmanship — an actual social mission, not marketing copy.
