A family-run 4-star adventure hotel in San Nicolò at 1,256m in Val d'Ultimo, one of South Tyrol's most traditional and least commercialized valleys. The Holzner family has been running the place for over 30 years, and it shows — this is not a corporate operation. The architecture uses centuries-old local timber (Swiss pine, larch, spruce) crafted by local artisans, and the cooking has earned recognition from Feinschmecker magazine.
