A former joinery turned boutique hotel, VILLINO has been in the Fischer family since 1992 and remains genuinely family-run — today by mother Sonja and daughter Alisa, with Sonja's brother Rainer Hörmann as maître d' and sommelier. The setting is hard to beat: apple orchards, a 12,000-sqm English-Italian garden, and Lake Constance visible in the distance. The restaurant, La Cucina dei Sensi, has held a Michelin star every single year since 1998. Just 21 rooms and suites, each individually decorated in a modern Tuscan palette.

Six junior suites, each with their own name: Rubino, Bellavista, Mondo, Stella, Paradiso, and Fiamme. Ranging from 30 to 44 sqm, they blend Mediterranean country-house character with an elegant boutique sensibility. More space to breathe than the doubles, and the naming adds a personal touch.
