Hotel Vila Rova is a four-star boutique hotel perched right on Rova Bay on the north-western coast of Krk Island, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. The same family has run it since 1996, completely renovating in 2015, and the result is a genuinely intimate 23-room property with direct access to a guest-only beach. The on-site restaurant earned a Michelin Guide listing in 2025 and was awarded 14.5 points by Gault&Millau Croatia — remarkable for a hotel of this size on a small Croatian island.

Over 10 km of seaside promenades accessible directly from the hotel. The path into Malinska centre takes about 20 minutes along the coast. Krk Island has 500+ km of marked hiking and cycling trails both along the shore and inland through Mediterranean forest.
