Family-run since 1928 and now in its third generation, Hotel Singer is a 4-star superior Relais & Châteaux property sitting at 1,336 metres above sea level in Berwang, the highest village of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. True ski-in/ski-out with the Bergbahnen Berwang lifts right at the door. The Singer family greets guests by name, the rooms are spacious and done in classic Tyrolean pine and oak, and the 1,800 sqm spa — connected to the main building via underground tunnel — is genuinely excellent. Not a party hotel: this is a slow-paced Alpine retreat for people who want good food, proper wellness, and real mountain access.

Classic Tyrolean double room named after the 2,034m Hönig mountain. Spruce or pine wood furnishings, warm colours, bright bathroom with shower or bath. Some rooms have a south-facing balcony. Elegantly country-style without being overdone.
Knittelknarspitze Family Suite
Generous family suites in Swiss stone pine with a living area and a separate children's bedroom. Marble bathroom with double washbasin, a spacious bath, walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Some come with a traditional tiled stove. Suitable for families with 2–3 children.
Loreakopf Suite
The top-of-the-range suite — all warm Swiss stone pine, marble bathroom with bath and separate shower, a bedroom with walk-in closet, a living room with open fireplace, and in some, a tower room with bay window and window seat. Balcony overlooks Alpine meadows and the ski slopes.

Panorama-facing deluxe junior suite in spruce or stone pine wood. Newly renovated with elegant finishes, a cosy living area, spacious bathroom with large bath and separate shower. Dog-free.
Thaneller Family Junior Suite

Zugspitze Panorama Family Suite
The largest family option at 75 sqm, with two fully separate bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), chalet-style living with oak floors and spruce furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private 50 sqm terrace with an exclusive outdoor hot tub. The master bathroom has a freestanding bath, double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate WC. Living area includes a corner sofa, dining table, and a convertible lounger for extra children. True ski-in/ski-out access to the Berwang ski area via Bergbahnen Berwang lifts directly outside the hotel. 36km of slopes across 13 ski lifts. Good for leisure skiers, beginners, and families — not an extreme terrain park resort. The Singer family owns nearly 50% of the lift company. Ski school available nearby.
