Why It Matters
One of Austria's most awarded 5-star wellness hotels. The Kenshō Spa (opened 2024, €3M investment) added a panoramic sauna, two Japanese onsen pools, and a natural swimming pond to an already formidable 9,000m² wellness complex. The on-site Lipizzaner stud farm is the largest private one in Europe. Executive Chef Helmuth Gangl holds 3 Hauben (the Austrian equivalent of Michelin stars).
A grown-ups-only wellness compound sprawling across 125 hectares of rolling hills in southern Burgenland, run by the Reiter family since the early 1990s. The pitch is simple: come with no agenda, leave thoroughly sorted. Nine pools, seven saunas, a Japanese-inspired Kenshō Spa, a 27-hole golf course, and Europe's largest private Lipizzaner stud farm give you more to do — or not do — than most people can fit into a week. And 3-Hauben chef Helmuth Gangl runs the kitchen, so you eat exceptionally well throughout.

An 18-hole and a 9-hole course right next to the hotel on 125 hectares, playable almost all year round. Hotel guests also get access to a wider 72-hole network in the region. Golf lessons and a Reiters Golf Academy on-site. Green fees from €30/day for hotel guests.
