A fifth-generation family hotel sitting on a sunny plateau above Leogang since 1956, Hotel Krallerhof has quietly evolved into one of Austria's most architecturally serious spa resorts. The traditional alpine building holds nearly 500 works of contemporary art — including a private Hermann Nitsch collection — while out back, star architect Hadi Teherani's ATMOSPHERE spa opened in 2023 to global press coverage. Daily complimentary use of the Steinberg cable car directly next to the hotel is included in summer stays. Accesses over 480 km of marked hiking trails and via ferratas in the Saalfelden Leogang region.
