Why It Matters
First Michelin star in Ravensburg in 20 years, awarded to the in-house Restaurant Kaisersaal under chef Kevin Leitner. The hotel itself reopened in 2022 after over 80 years closed, and is the only genuine design-led boutique property in this Upper Swabian city. Owner Hermann Müller's culinary pedigree (his Schattbuch restaurant also holds a Michelin star) is evident throughout.

The largest room in the house at 46 sqm. Parquet flooring, a spacious double bed, a designer lounge with a reclining sofa, and a magnificent view of the old town. The name nods to a creative, studio-like feel in the interior design.

The smallest room in the house at around 15 sqm. Comes with a balcony, city views over Ravensburg's old town, and the option of a connecting door to an adjacent room. Fine for a solo overnight stay but don't expect to spend much time in it.

Between 21 and 28 sqm with parquet flooring throughout. All rooms look out over the city or the historic tower, and some have a balcony. The step up from Superior is the parquet and the extra bit of floor space.

40 sqm named after the hotel's owner and bar. Parquet throughout, a private terrace looking over the Ravensburg old town, a luxe double bed, and a lounge area with a récamière sofa. The private outdoor terrace is the standout feature here.
