The building has roots to 1909 and houses two legitimately destination-worthy venues: Corzetti (Ligurian Italian by Adriano Paganini's Back of the House group) and The Valley Club, which won EaterSF's Best New Bar award for 2025.
Hotel G is a 152-room boutique lifestyle hotel sitting just west of Union Square, in a building that dates to 1909. The design leans Scandinavian — warm, organic, and spare — with an eclectic lamp collection and furnishings that quietly nod to the building's Victorian past. Rooms punch above their weight for the price point, and the ground-floor Corzetti restaurant plus the acclaimed Valley Club cocktail lounge upstairs give it a genuine reason to stick around after check-in.
