Why It Matters
The only hotel in Paris where you can sleep in a room designed to feel like F. Scott Fitzgerald or Gainsbourg & Birkin might stroll back in at any moment — and then eat some of the most talked-about Mediterranean cooking in the 8th at Nepita, Amandine Chaignot's in-house restaurant. Chaignot's résumé includes executive chef at Rosewood London and Hôtel Raphaël Paris, plus official chef of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. The hotel holds the Clef Verte (Green Key) sustainability certification.
A triangular Haussmannian building on Boulevard Malesherbes that dates to around 1890 — the wrought-iron marquise above the entry is original — but almost everything inside is brand new. Reopened in March 2024 after a full gut renovation by Parisian interior architecture firm Liautard & The Queen, the Florida layers Art Deco bones over carefully sourced 70s vintage furniture, dark jewel-toned walls softened by powdered pink and water green accents, and bold floral wallpapers. The big draw beyond the rooms is Nepita, the on-site restaurant and bar run by celebrated chef Amandine Chaignot, who also served as official chef for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Two connected rooms totalling 50 m² — a Classic (20 m²) for parents and a Superior (22 m²) for children, with two 80×160 cm single beds in the second room. Perfect for a family of four who want their own space without being entirely separated. Both rooms have full amenities.

Classic Room
The entry-level room. Cosy rather than spacious — at 18–20 m² these are proper Paris-sized rooms, but they're beautifully finished. Walnut wood panelling, plush carpets, inlaid wood and marble furniture. The feel is a family home rather than a hotel room, just an exceptionally well-decorated one.

Deluxe Connecting Suite
The largest family configuration at 55 m² total. A Deluxe room (32–35 m²) connects to a Classic room, separated by a small private corridor so children and parents each have genuine independence. Can sleep up to 5 people — 2 adults and 3 children with an extra bed added. The Deluxe side has the larger bed and full seating area.

Deluxe Room
The sweet spot for most guests. At 32–35 m², these rooms are genuinely spacious by Paris standards — large enough for a proper seating area. The Art Deco styling is more pronounced here: expect bold patterns, walnut wood, plush carpets, and some rooms with views over Boulevard Malesherbes. Two PMR (wheelchair-accessible) rooms are available in this category. An extra bed can be added for a child.

The flagship room. A 35 m² suite with a signature curvaceous Art Deco headboard and a glamorous atmosphere the hotel pitches squarely at honeymooners. The 180×200 cm bed is among the largest in the hotel. Upper-floor units in the corner wedge of the triangular building have floor-to-ceiling windows with rooftop views — on clear evenings you can see the Eiffel Tower.
Super King (180×200 cm) · 35 sqmJunior Suite
35 m² that opens like a jewel box — the official hotel description, and it's apt. Heavy on 70s vintage furniture, theatrical in the best sense. Can sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children thanks to a 160×200 sofa bed alongside the main king. The Art Deco detailing is at its most concentrated here.
