Why It Matters
The oldest five-star hotel in Barcelona, originally designed under César Ritz's direction in 1919. Dalí slept here, Ronnie Wood played live in the basement bar, and the rooftop garden — 50 plant species, pergolas, and a pool — remains one of the largest in the city.
