A 22-room, 5-star Relais & Châteaux property spread across three historic stone buildings in the heart of UNESCO-listed Saint-Émilion. The hotel is owned by the Perse family, who also own Château Pavie — the Premier Grand Cru Classé 'A' vineyard literally surrounding the village — which means wine isn't just a theme here, it's the entire DNA of the place. Interiors were designed by the late Alberto Pinto, who treated each room like a private residence: velvet confetti hand-pressed onto wallpaper, Moissonnier cabinetmaker patinas, intricate parquet in multiple precious wood species. The anchor is La Table de Pavie, a 2-Michelin-star restaurant helmed by Yannick Alléno.

The hotel provides car transport to and from the château. Tasting options include rare vintages like Château Pavie 2010. Château Pavie is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
The concierge team arranges private visits to prestigious vineyards across the Saint-Émilion appellation beyond Château Pavie — useful for guests who want to explore multiple châteaux during their stay.
