Hotel De Castillion is a second-generation family-run, four-star boutique hotel in a 17th-century building that once served as the private residence of the 15th Bishop of Bruges. Twenty rooms sit above a medieval vaulted cellar where breakfast is served. The ground floor mixes a gold-accented Art Deco lounge, a handsome bar, and genuine architectural curiosities — original wooden beams, gothic fireplaces — that no amount of renovation budget could simply buy.
