It's a 99-room boutique property opened in 2014 — clean-lined, light-flooded design using warm earth tones and high-quality materials throughout. Built for people who actually need to work. The extra-large desk runs 2 meters wide — real workspace, not the token shelf most hotels call a desk. Same comfortable furnishings as Select, with the added practicality.

Positioned just steps from the spa on the upper floors, with views over Konstanz rooftops rather than the river. Comes with extras tailored for female travelers. A smart pick for a spa-focused stay.
Select Room
The mid-range workhorse. Comfortable, design-forward rooms with selected quality materials and plenty of natural light. No river view, but a solid choice for solo travelers or those not fussed about the outlook.

A step up from Select with more space and a side view of the Seerhein. You're not looking directly at the river, but you catch it at an angle — a meaningful upgrade in feel. High-quality, modern furnishings throughout.

Entry-level category, located on the lower floors on the street-facing side of the building. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light, but the view is the building opposite rather than the river. Good value if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring.
Studio (Junior Suite)
The biggest rooms in the hotel at 40 sqm, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling views of the Seerhein and old town. Separate bathtub and shower, separate toilet, Nespresso machine, minibar, and enough space to actually move around. The go-to for honeymooners or anyone who wants to feel like they have an apartment on the Rhine.

More space and better views than the Select categories, and the only non-Studio option that accommodates an extra bed. Good for those wanting a bit of room to breathe, or couples who need the extra cot option.

The Lake Constance thermal spa is nearby — a good complement to the in-hotel suite4spa, especially in winter months.
The hotel provides free bicycle parking and the Lake Constance Cycle Route (Bodensee-Radweg) passes nearby. Secure bike storage available on request.
The Rhine promenade directly outside the hotel connects to the old town on foot — about 15 minutes of flat riverside walking. Scenic and accessible from the front door.
Mainau Island — the flower island on Lake Constance — is about 4 km from the hotel. The hotel's Bodenseecard West provides discounts at the island and covers public transport.
Reichenau Island with its Benedictine monastery is about 15 minutes away by bus. A UNESCO World Heritage site, easily reachable with the included Bodenseecard West.
