Open seasonally May through October, it's a beach-first kind of place — no spa, no pool, no frills — but the on-site restaurant Shade is genuinely good, and the beach is right outside the door.

Two queen beds with ample space for up to four guests. Large bathroom with a tub. A solid family room option — same generous footprint as the Swells category, just configured for groups rather than couples.

Spacious corner rooms with the inn's most comfortable king beds and larger full bathrooms with a bathtub. Bay windows bring in sunrise light. The top pick for a couples retreat or an extended stay.
KingSwells Suite
The most spacious category and the best bet for small families. First-floor rooms with an enclosed sunlit 'porch' area housing a queen pull-out sofa, plus a separate queen bedroom. Full bathtub in the private bathroom. The layout gives families room to spread out without paying resort-suite prices.
Queen + Queen Sofa BedWaves
The smallest and most affordable room type at roughly 150 sq ft. Queen bed and a freshly remodeled walk-in tiled shower. No bathtub. Located close to the kitchen, which makes these rooms more accessible for guests with mobility needs (an ADA-accessible room lives in this category) but also a bit noisier than the upper floors.
